  2. Only one application per candidate is allowed under e-VBAB project.

  3. Applicant should not be enrolled in any other other ongoing programme/course under e-VBAB project. Applicant that has already obtained a degree/diploma/certificate under e-VBAB project and willing to avail scholarship under e-VBAB project for pursuing another degree/diploma/certificate, may apply a fresh through iLearn portal to process their application in July 2023 academic Session.

Special Scholarship Scheme for Afghan Nationals (SSSAN)

At the initiative of the then Prime Minister of India 500 scholarships (later on increased to 1000) annually were introduced in 2005 for Afghan Nationals to study UG, PG & Ph.D level courses in Indian Universities/Institutes with the aim to support Afghanistan as a sovereign, stable, and prosperous Afghanistan, and for security and stability in the region.

To continue with the policy of supporting Afghanistan, it has been decided that from the A.Y 2023-24 onwards, 1000 scholarship, annually will be offered to Afghan Nationals for online UG & PG level courses through e-VB portal.

The Government of India offers 100% Scholarship to students from partner African Countries through e-VidyBharati and e-ArogyaBharati (e-VBAB) Network Project to pursue ONLINE Undergraduate, Postgrauate, Diploma and Certificate programmes from various reputed Indian Universities/ Institutes in various disciplines including computer application, business administration and commerce, healthcare, tourism, humanities and arts etc.
